Restricted Shipping Notice: Some locations in the United States restrict the sale or shipment of paintball markers. These restrictions may apply to certain cities and municipalities, including Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and surrounding areas (this is not a complete list). Buyers are responsible for verifying local laws prior to purchase. Any order that cannot be legally shipped will be canceled and refunded.
🚚 Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States only due to international customs restrictions. Free Shipping is available on Continental U.S. orders over $50 (excludes PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and oversized freight items).
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and dimensions per carrier guidelines. All weights may be rounded up to the next full pound to ensure accurate shipping costs.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for brand new, unused items in their original packaging.
Returned items must include:
- All tags, accessories, instructions, and warranty cards
- Original packaging with no signs of use or damage
Used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to additional fees determined upon inspection.
Refund returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refused or undeliverable packages are handled under our standard return policy.
Most Maddog products include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 30–90 days, depending on the item).

Paintball markers are not toys and should never be brandished, displayed, or transported in public view. Paintball markers may be mistaken for real firearms by law enforcement or the public.
Do not alter, remove, or modify any safety markings, coloration, or required identifiers. Altering a paintball marker to resemble a real firearm may be dangerous and illegal under local, state, or federal law and may result in criminal penalties, including fines or imprisonment.
By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for the safe, legal ownership, transport, and use of paintball markers in compliance with all applicable laws.
📦 Paintball Shipping Standards & Return Policy
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every case of paint is opened before shipment to ensure there are no broken paintballs. Once inspected, the case is re-taped and initialed to verify it has been checked. Cases are then wrapped in protective materials and securely boxed for transit.
No Returns on Paintballs: Due to the fragile and perishable nature of paintballs, all paintball sales are final once shipped. We take every precaution to deliver your paint in the best condition and in the shortest possible time.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist.
