Maddog has you covered! Fast, reliable shipping and hassle-free returns. Orders ship out SAME DAY Monday through Friday when placed by 2 PM EST. from our warehouse in Southern California (excludes public holidays). GAME ON!
**Some regions in the US prohibit the sale / shipment of paintball guns. These cities include (but are not limited to) Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC and other surrounding areas. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to purchasing. Any restricted orders placed will be canceled and refunded.**
🚚 Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States only due to international customs restrictions.
Free Shipping is available on Continental U.S. orders over $50 (excludes PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and oversized freight items).
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with live status updates so you can follow your Maddog package every step of the way.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and dimensions, following carrier guidelines. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to ensure accurate shipping costs.
Please report any delivery issues or missing packages within 5 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for brand new, unused items in their original packaging.
Returned products must include:
- All tags, accessories, instructions, and warranty cards
- Original packaging with no signs of use or damage
Used or damaged items will not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to additional fees determined upon inspection. Refund returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refused or undeliverable packages are handled under our standard return policy.
All Maddog products carry a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 30–90 days, depending on the item).
